Our hourly rate is $45. We work within a client’s specified monthly budget for ongoing marketing engagements.

Website projects are quoted based on the initial scope (with the quote being adjusted if the scope increases during development), and generally run anywhere from $1000 – $3000 based on size and complexity.

Invoicing is done via email at month’s end, and includes all work done in the previous month. Payment may be made by check. We do not accept credit cards.

Our hours are Monday – Friday, 11am – 3pm from September through May, and Monday – Friday, 9am – 1pm from June through August.

We offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone for any prospective client who would like to find out more about our services.

If it’s a quick call or email, we do not bill separately for our time. If the correspondence becomes lengthy or turns into a marketing consultation, it will be included in your bill.

No, we have many clients across the country with whom we work remotely. Many local clients do like to meet with us when they first start working together, but it is not required and most of our work is done independently and remotely.

Erin works out of her home office at 93 Rte. 130 in Forestdale. She meets with local clients there.

We no longer travel to a client’s home or business.

We generally work on a first-come, first-served policy with our existing clients’ marketing requests. If you are a new client and need a quick turnaround, we can usually fit you in. Website projects generally take 4-6 weeks if the client is able to furnish the necessary information in a timely fashion.
